• Bidding only takes place through the website (unseenpotential.com).
• Al Tayer Motors doesn’t bear any responsibility in case the website (unseenpotential.com) is unavailable for bidding due to any technical reasons.
• Please ensure that your contact information is accurate as we will need to get in touch with you on a successful bid. Al Tayer Motors is not responsible if we are unable to reach you on the provided contact details.
• By placing a bid on a sculpture, you express your intent to buy the product and will be committed to pay for the product in case your bid is successful.
• Place the bids only on sculpture that you intend to buy and if you bid on multiple similar products, you are committing to buy all of them in case your bids are successful.
• You will not be able to reverse or withdraw a bid and so please make sure that you read the product description carefully.
• Every sculpture listed for bidding has a minimum bid.
• If you’re bidding for a sculpture that has already been bid against, for your following bid to register, you will be required to outbid the latest figure by at least AED 100.
• There is no warranty on the sculptures listed for bidding.
• The sculptures once sold are not returnable and so there will be no refund available.
• There will be no re-conditioning of products and they will be sold in ‘as is’ condition.
• The winning bidder needs to collect the sculpture in person from Al Tayer Motors, Sheikh Zayed Road, Dubai.
• The payment can be made either online (a secure payment link will be sent via email and SMS) or via the cashier at the pick-up location.
• Please ensure payment and collection by 20th March’23 for winning bids. If a sculpture has not been paid for and collected by this date we will contact the second highest bidder on the same sculpture.
• ATM reserves the right to close the bidding at any point in time without any formal notice.
• Disputes related to the bidding process or the competition will be resolved by Al Tayer Motors internally and the decision will be final and binding and no further communication will be entered in to.
• Any bids made in the last 5 minutes of an auction will extend that auction by 5 more minutes.
